Job Title: Field Operations Manager
Location: Bronx & Brooklyn
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our property management team. The successful candidate will oversee all field operations, implement systems and software to enhance efficiency, and manage tenant issues. Additionally, they will be responsible for hiring and supervising workers for repairs and maintenance and ensuring compliance with NYC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all field operations and implement systems and software to streamline processes
Manage tenant issues and ensure timely resolution
Hire and supervise workers for repairs and maintenance
Oversee apartment turnover construction
Ensure compliance with NYC regulations and clear violations
Split time between working in the field and office
Develop and implement creative solutions to resolve complex tenant issues
Demonstrate competence in property preservation and preventive maintenance
Identify potential problems and proactively address them before they become major issues
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in property management
5+ years of experience managing personnel
Strong knowledge of NYC compliance regulations
Proven track record of implementing efficient systems and processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience with property preservation and preventive maintenance
